Evolution Pilates had built something valuable over 15 years: two established locations in the Rochester area with a strong community reputation and loyal customer base. Their website and marketing materials felt outdated relative to the quality of their teaching and facilities. For a welcoming, community-focused studio, the website wasn't reflecting that warmth or clarity.

The challenge was modernizing without losing what made Evolution Pilates trusted in the first place: authenticity, community, and expertise.

The website architecture separated location-specific offerings, articulated their beginner-friendly positioning, and integrated the class scheduler directly into the site—eliminating the confusion that was costing them customers. Copy was developed through strategy sessions with studio leadership to ensure accuracy and alignment with their mission.

Beyond the public-facing work, we built operational infrastructure: a complete marketing ecosystem of social templates, email newsletters, and in-studio materials; a design dashboard housing all brand assets; and training videos that gave the team full ownership of their digital presence.
